FINRA Chairperson Qualified
Lisa recently completed the training and passed the examination for FINRA Arbitration Panel Chairperson qualification. FINRA operates the largest securities dispute resolution forum in the United States. FINRA has extensive experience in providing a fair, efficient and effective venue to handle a securities-related dispute.
The resolution of problems and disputes is regularly accomplished through FINRA arbitration rather than requiring customers to seek relief in the court system. The arbitration option is consistent with Lisa’s family law philosophy of dispute resolution – handling these sensitive matters outside of the regular court system. While Lisa has served as an arbitration panelist for years, she is proud that she is now able to serve the public as Chairperson of the panels.
