Firm Philosophy

I practice family law, meaning matters related to marriage, divorce, and parenting. I serve clients through mediation and collaborative practice. I also consult with litigation clients, represent children and act as guardian ad litem. Premarital legal advice and arbitration services are provided as well.

Fees and Costs

Clients will be asked to enter into an engagement letter with the firm. This letter is a contract that is binding on both you and Cappalli & Hill, LLC. The engagement letter will describe the terms of our engagement including specifically what you are retaining this firm to do for you as well as our respective rights and responsibilities.
